As mentioned, the patch is already included. However, I would really
appreciate if Iwamatsu-san would give it a compile and runtime test so
that I know it's good. I don't have sh cross compilers on my system. And
I'm pretty close to tagging the next release, would be a shame if 1.58
was released with broken sh support.
