This update brings the data included in the package in line with the recent update to tzdata (in SUA 187-1). Changes since 2020a (currently in buster) include adjustments to the DST rules of Morocco, Macquarie Island, Casey, Antarctica, Fiji and Palestine. The changes for Palestine come into effect this weekend, and those for Fiji in late December.
