libdatetime-timezone-perl is a Perl library exposing the Olson timezone
database. This update brings the data included in the package in line
with the recent update to tzdata (in SUA 165-1).

Changes since 2019a (currently in buster and stretch) include
adjustments to the DST rules of Palestine and Brazil. The changes for
Palestine are already in effect, with those for Brazil taking effect
later in the year.

for your distribution to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
