Bug#923199: it's already Recommends, but please support elogind

Indeed.  I've downgraded this bug's severity.

Thanks - seems reasonable.  Would it be OK to make this be "Recommends:
default-logind | logind | libpam-systemd" instead for a while (not
permanently)?  I think that would reduce the likelihood of backport
accidents.
