Bug#765633: openssh: use better defaults for SendEnv/AcceptEnv

Source: openssh
Version: 1:6.7p1-2
Severity: wishlist

Hi.

May I suggest to use a default of:

LANG LC_ALL LC_ADDRESS LC_COLLATE LC_CTYPE LC_IDENTIFICATION
LC_MEASUREMENT LC_MESSAGES LC_MONETARY LC_NAME LC_NUMERIC
LC_PAPER LC_TELEPHONE LC_TIME

instead of the current

LANG LC_*

for SendEnv and AcceptENv.

The idea of Debian's default is probably to forward/accept
locale settings
but the LC_* wildcard may forward other variables which
have no locale-related meaning.

Above list comprises of all the local related env vars, currently
defned.

Cheers,
Chris.
