Hello dear maintainers of SSH package, I have been touched by that bug after an update of openssl: the reason is that when sshd is restarted, it cannot! It has been built with the previous version of openssl, and will not run with the new one. To fix the bug: please do backport the last version of openssh-server to wheezy. I fixed the bug by installing the "testing" version of openssh-server over the "stable" version today (in remote rescue mode, which was not straightforward).
