Hi, on the contrary, i found a strange behaviour when using by mistake two ":" scp sourcefile user@server:/destinationdirectory/: scp seems to transfer the file perfectly.... So we can go to sleep thinking it's done... Except that the file hasn't been recorded in the destination! -- Sincerely, Stephane Ascoet
