Bug#415008: openssh-server: "See manpage" and UsePAM comments of /etc/ssh/sshd_config

Package: openssh-server
Version: 1:4.3p2-9
Severity: minor

/etc/ssh/sshd_config that postinst created has following comments:

  # See the sshd(8) manpage for details

But, I think it should be "See the sshd_config(5) manpage for details".

And please add "UsePAM" comments to sshd_config from upstream source.
It is important information of authentication.
