Bug#351231: Ignore unknown options

Package: openssh-client
Version: 1:4.2p1-5
Severity: wishlist

I operate several servers with a variety of SSH versions. I try to
keep my ~/.ssh/config file in sync, but it's difficult because e.g.
3.8 barfs when it sees HashKnownHosts.

Couldn't SSH instead of barfing just ignore options it does not
recognise?

Thanks,
