Bug#884975: snapshot.debian.org: iceweasel_52.5.2esr-1~deb8u1_all.deb only works half the time

Dear Maintainer,
When building an OS-image from snapshot.debian.org for Debian "Jessie"
(Snapshot 20171221T033629Z) I noticed that it sometimes failed to get
iceweasel. Using wget I found that the download indeed fails every
other time (see below). It seems like not all backend systems have this
package properly synced.
