Bug#737359: snapshot.debian.org: please remove non-redistributable mediawiki versions

Hi,

in response to the lintian post, please remove the following
versions (all files, source and binary) of src:mediawiki:

     * [14]1:1.19.6-1
     * [15]1:1.19.5-1+deb7u1
     * [16]1:1.19.5-1
     * [17]1:1.19.4-1
     * [18]1:1.19.3-2
     * [19]1:1.19.3-1
     * [20]1:1.19.2-2
     * [21]1:1.19.2-1
     * [22]1:1.19.1-2~exp3
     * [23]1:1.19.1-2~exp2
     * [24]1:1.19.1-2~exp1
     * [25]1:1.19.1-1
     * [26]1:1.19.0-1
     * [27]1:1.18.1-1

Later versions have been repacked to remove the
non-redistributable creative commons icons, and
earlier versions did not contain them.

Apologies if this shows up twice, but I've reason to believe
that my two (one here, one to lintian which is now permanently
lost) earlier bugreports were lost in a misconfiguration of the
smarthost I was using ☹☹☹ I’ve had a list of several dozen hashes
of files with the “circled CC” trademarked logo…
