I intend to orphan the docbook-ebnf package.  I have maintained it
till now because it is needed to build docbook-defguide, which I just
orphaned.

The package description is:
 DocBook is a general-purpose and modular SGML and XML Document-Type
 Definition.  This is a module that adds to DocBook elements for the
 markup of EBNF grammar rules.
 .
 It is fully documented in "DocBook - The Definitive Guide", available
 in the docbook-book package.
