Re: XML catalogs for w3c-dtd-xhtml

Hi,
before uploading the w3c-dtd-xhtml package i ran a quick test.
for example "xmllint -nonet somefile.html" worked without complaining.
I remember it should have complained if it weren't capable of accessing
the appropriate DTD offline.
But i have had a custom hacked version installed before, maybe there
were leftovers.
