Help Wanted for dict-jargon (again)

/usr/share/xml/docbook/schema/dtd/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd
I'm not sure what tools you are using to process this, but they should be able
to find the dtd via the catalogs for this XML resource, rather than an
explicit path like this. I could not find jargon.xml in jargon-4.4.7.tar.gz
to figure this out.
