Yes, from the Entity Resolution Committee Specification 1.0, 03 Jun
2003.

For your benefit I'll put the copyright notice stuff below
too.  You should cut-n-paste that into debian/copyright if you don't
have it there already.

Where would the symlinks go?

I couldn't find anything in the SGML or XML policy describing the
symlinking.  Can someone clue me in?
