Did you take a look at xmllint (pkg: libxml2-utils)?

Quoting manpages:


OPTIONS
[...]
       --relaxng schema
              Use RelaxNG file named schema for validation.

       --schema schema
              Use a W3C XML Schema file named schema for validation.
