PSGML and catalogs
Hi folks,
PSGML, for one, looks when it goes looking for, say, DOCTYPE
HTML, looks at the first hit, even if it gets a HTML 4.01 DTD when
the document read:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC
"-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd";>

Is this something that is more general a bug than just psgml?
