Re: shipping the xml catalog DTD

Hi All,

For what it's worth, I think it's a good idea to include the XML
Catalog spec DTD in the xml-common/xml-core package. It's part of the
basic xml infrastructure and so should be part of the infrastructure
package.

IMO, it should get put into its own subdir, for safety's
sake. Something like

	/usr/share/xml/base/
or,
	/usr/share/xml/oasis/

or, better yet,

	/usr/share/xml/dtd/oasis/

And this structure would somewhat mirror what goes on in
/usr/share/sgml/dtd/..., thereby lending some consistency to the
system.
