The default xmltex config contain much of those options already, like
the XSL-FO -> fotex.xmt cataloging.  I made a somewhat clearer web page
with the 1.18-1 package I upload today to ftp-master.  Usually, mathml,
tei, sec, html and fo XML files are support out-of-the-box.
