No, I checked. It doesn't use SYSTEM, but starts with a nice
<!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//GNOME//DTD DocBook PNG Variant V1.0//EN"[
and a grep on 'dtd/png' throughout gnumeric's sources doesn't find any
matches.
