Some docbook-xml questions

Hi! I'm about to start writing my MSc dissertation, and I thought I'd
try doing it in docbook-xml. Before starting I'd like to confirm that it
can do what I need it to (OK, apart from writing the diss for me :).

1) Can I specify line spacing (1 1/2 in my case)?

2) Can I specify double spacing between words/punctuation?

3) Can I specify the margins (they need to be 20mm on every side)?

4) Can I do the bibliography in the Harvard style (icky, but it is
required for the diss)?

Any info will be much appreciated, and apologies if it turns out that
this is the wrong place to bring this up...
