Re: Bug#87727: circulatiry between /etc/sgml/catalog and /usr/lib/sgml/catalog
This is due to sgmltools-2 which is using /etc/sgml avant la lettre
and in the wrong way (at least not in the way we currently look at
things). Simply reverting this bug to sgmltools-2 seems not entirely
appropriate to me, however.
