New hybrid docbook xml/xsl packages
I've packaged:
- docbook-xsl-stylesheets
- docbook-xsl-stylesheets-doc
- docbook-xml-jrefentry
- docbook-xml-website
- docbook-website-stylesheets
They put stuff in usr/lib AND in usr/share/sgml, per Ardo's suggestion.
I didn't make them depends on sgml-base-1.04 so that they're still
usable if the new sgml-base is broken.
I assumed the centralized catalog is: /etc/sgml/xml-docbook-4.X.cat and
called both install-sgmlcatalog and update-catalog in the maintainer
scripts -- but it sounds like that may not work. Well, these are only a
first go anyway. I'm sure something in them is broken...
Feedback is welcome...
