I'm currently packaging version 1.24 of the XSL stylesheets. i'll post
when it's ready.

Good point. I agree with your suggestions completely. The stupid numbering
scheme was contrived for local use here with multiple installations of
customized packages. I found this was the easiest way to manage the
situation.

These are easy changes and I'll make them in the next few days.

Good idea, but probably not necessary. Norm's stylesheet releases (almost)
always are supersets of the previous one(s) or are so much better than
previous releases that it's not worth accumulating the material, as is
done with the dtds.

I'll do it for the dtds, though.
