docbook+pdf output

I have some difficulties in configuring pdfjadetex to produce PDF output
from DocBook sources.

Does pdfjadetex really use ´hyperref-sty´ and can I configure it using a
local ´hyperref.cfg´ file?

IMO setting ´colorlinks=true´ creates more readbable links in the PDF
output compared to the standard boxes around links.

I tried setting up a local ´hyperref.cfg´ with a line like

\hypersetup{colorlinks=true}

but with no success :(

Any hints?
