While that doesn't list a bug number, the fact that only one bug is fixed in the next upload (https://tracker.debian.org/news/582114) would imply that it's that bug. 10 days from that upload (as it's urgency=low) was after the start of the jessie freeze and as the package wasn't in testing at that point someone would have needed to argue for an exception for the package (and presumably didn't).
