Yep this is lighttpd and it's mod_status. Microsoft-IIS/6.0 
also has a different ordering of the HTTP response headers:
IIS:
HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
Content-Length: 39
Content-Type: text/html
Date: Sun, 08 Jun 2008 11:00:49 GMT
Connection: close

lighttpd:
HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
Connection: close
Content-Type: text/html
Content-Length: 349
