I asked to get the opinion from the security team about the new package
scheme, as they will have the fun to also support that stuff in case
there are security bugs in one of the packages.

Instead of one package to deal with (ia32-libs) its included code copies
the current new scheme would make that a whole number of packages more.

The whole reject was longer and, if you are interested, can be found on
