this was maybe not completely correct.

Since the original mail was a reply to a DSA, you should try to
unsubscribe from debian-security-announce@l.d.o. From the original
announcement:

To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to
debian-security-announce-REQUEST@lists.debian.org
with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact
listmaster@lists.debian.org
