I would say the same. If that wasn't the case, why would the orig.tar.gz
file be mentioned in the Sources file of the security archive. Also,
other programs have the orig.tar.gz file in there.

Also, "apt-get source crip" fails because it tries to fetch all source
files (dsc, diff, orig.tar) from the same repository.

So I would really say that the sarge/updates security repository is
currently broken for source packages (binary packages seem to be OK).
