Check the Fingerprint against the one from your
machine. Check the keys in ~/.ssh/known_hosts on
his machine against your public key and check the
IP-Adress in there. Maybe the logged into another
server with the same IP or configured name (in
~/.ssh/config) earlier and that caused the
mismatch.
