I know that ther is a disallowing to use some special "network-"cars
(myrinet-cards from myricom) on resarch on weapons outside the USA.
These cards are used in high performance clusters. The USA will
construct the greatest cluster (bigger than the earth-simulator) to make
research on neutron-diffusion.
(constructing better atom-bombs). [sic!]
