In Razor, since they're not in seperate MIME sections, the messages are 
treated differently. Perhaps Debian lists could use a seperate MIME in 
the future?  In razor 2, epitherial hashes (or however it is spelt) 
will go some way to averaging over the two messages, but not very far.

I don't think you should remove them since your goal is for other Debian 
users to have it work correctly, and all debian users will have that 
footer.  But perhaps your goal is helping the wider population rather 
than Debian, in which case you should remove them, *shrug*.

Personally I think a spammer is on this list and is deliberatly 
submittng many messages to Razor.  Though it might be someone who 
wanted to unsubscribe, couldn't, and is now submitting them out of 
spite.
