Ok guy, but apt pin is so easy =)

See:
- Add in your sources.list something like:
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free
deb-src http://http.us.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free

- /etc/apt/preferences example:
Package: *
Pin: release a=stable
Pin-Priority: 500

Package: chkrootkit
Pin: release a=unstable
Pin-Priority: 50

Instead chkrootkit, try * for more packages at unstable tree.

It's better and more secure than a big sources.list, with unknown repositories...
