    Well, "can", and "should" are different things. 

    Yes, you "can", and IMO if you can limit the destruction to the
    fsckwit that tried to hack your system, you should. Collaterial
    damage is not acceptable in these cases. 

    Of course, it's not "bombing them for terrorism", it's simply doing
    your best to clean out the gene pool.
