Thanks for this first response...

I tried it (cp -r /etc/pam* /home/manu/etc/) but nothing happens, same error: "unknown user 1012". Maybe do I need to put some programs corresponding to pam (I'm not very closed to pam use...). Of course it's a pam problem.
