Mail-Followup-To: nobody is really wrong[TM]. Mail-Followup-To: should
be email@example.com on this list if you don't want CCs.
You probably misconfigured your mutt.
in your muttrc:
set followup_to # Add Mail-Followup-To header.
lists firstname.lastname@example.org # Sets Followup2header: list, you
subscribe email@example.com # Sets Fup2header: list only
No need to munge the mailfup2 header yourself.
PGP signed and encrypted messages preferred.
