If they were used by other projects, yes. But here those libraries
are made by the same author and for his own project only.

Given the large number of libraries, it would only add busy work for no
gain so I'd rather not package them separately.

To be honest, many of those libraries smell the NIH syndrome[1] and should
not exist in the first place IMO.
