CI project settings

Hi -

Does anyone here have permissions to modify the project CI settings on 
salsa?

For veusz, I'd like to point to a .gitlab-ci.yml file in the project 
debian directory, so that I can point to the experimental release. I've 
merged in a change to using sip5, which doesn't work in the current build.
