Squid3 on s390

Hi big iron porters,
I need help with the status of the latest squid3 package (3.0.PRE5-3)
on s390. Buildd reports it as building
http://people.debian.org/~igloo/status.php?packages=squid3
but packages has already been built (maybe-successfully) and has not
been uploaded to the archive.
Can somebody please investigate what is going on?
