Problem with building libdc0

Hi,

I found out that s390 failed building libdc0. The problem seems to be
libssl0.9.7 libraries.

Buildd log:
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=libdc0&ver=0.2.20-1&arch=s390&stamp=1077086091&file=log&as=raw

Description (in short):
Build-Depends: debhelper (>>4.1.0), g++, libbz2-dev, libxml2-dev, libssl-dev
libssl-dev: already installed

checking for OpenSSL... libraries NONE, headers /usr/include
                                                 ^^^^^^^^

/bin/sh ../../libtool --silent --mode=link --tag=CXX g++ -Wnon-virtual-dtor
- -Wno-long-long -Wundef -Wall -pedantic -W -Wpointer-arith
- -Wmissing-prototypes -Wwrite-strings -O2 -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new
- -D_REENTRANT -Wall -I/usr/include/libxml2  -Wnon-virtual-dtor -Wno-long-long
- -Wundef -Wall -pedantic -W -Wpointer-arith -Wmissing-prototypes
- -Wwrite-strings -O2 -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new    -o libcore.la
- -L/usr/lib -lxml2 -lz -lpthread -lm -lssl -lcrypto -LNONE -RNONE -rdynamic
casyncdns.lo cbase64.lo cbytearray.lo cbz.lo ccallback.lo cconnection.lo

cstringlist.lo cthread.lo cxml.lo filecopy.lo platform.lo fsusage.lo
../../libtool: line 1: cd: NONE: No such file or directory
libtool: link: cannot determine absolute directory name of `NONE'

Now the question: Is this known behavior on s390 architechture not to find
libraries of ssl or is this a system error? May it be that libssl0.9.7 files
are not installed? If someone could help me sort this thing out I would be
gratefull .

Please cc me, I am not subscriber.
