multi user Debian build server for s390

I proudly announce a multi-user build server for s390. It is a virtual 
machine running on a Multiprise 3000. The machine is hosted by Millenux, the 
creator of the Think Blue distribution for S/390 http://linux.s390.org.

A big THANK YOU to Millenux, especially to Fritz Elfert.

I am currently testing the autobuilder. As soon as it works and I can boot 
Debian natively, currently in a chroot environment, I will provide accounts 
for every developer, who is interested to help.
