Именно Deluxe? Я у знакомых взял Gotview PCI DVD2 Lite на пробу. Ivtv
грузил с параметрами :
options ivtv cardtype=16 tuner=56 secam=d radio=1

TVTime ругается, что не может открыть /dev/video0 (с правами все
нормально), mplayer показывает черный экран, 
радио пробовал -  ivtv-radio -f 101.1
set to freq 101.06

тишина.

Lite не совсем Deluxe? Придется тогда Deluxe искать на пробу, по видимому
