Как здесь принято (хе-хе), отсылаю к apt-cache:
eliterr@zaonce:~$ apt-cache search sources.list
apt-show-source - Shows source-package information
apt-spy - writes a sources.list file based on bandwidth tests
aptconf - Debconf infrastructure for setting up apt sources
debian-el - Emacs helpers specific to Debian users
netselect-apt - Choose the fastest Debian mirror with netselect
synaptic - Graphical package manager
По-моему, здесь много чего полезного для этой ситуации есть :)
