TBH I don’t remember exactly how we handled this last time. You’re right that we should avoid spamming people with updates. To make this easier, I’ve just enabled the Wiki feature in the ruby- defaults repo. We can create a page listing packages with checkboxes — people can add their name next to the package they’re working on, and mark the checkbox once it’s fixed in the archive. WDYT?
