Removing packages from archive

Hello.

Following packages will be filed for removal(RM) from archive as most 
of them are dead upstream, broken state and no reverse dependencies.

 1. redmine-recaptcha -- Redmine plugin to add a reCAPTCHA to user 
    self-registration
    Reason: RC, dead since 2012
 
 2. rhc -- OpenShift command-line client tools self-registration
    Reason: RC, not in buster, 2016, archived upstream
    
 3. ruby-codemirror-rails -- use codemirror with rails
    Reason: RC, upstream won't update for Rails 6+
    
 4. ruby-ferret -- full text search engine library for Ruby
    Reason: RC, broken, 2017 abandoned-upstream, patches 
    available from BSD though.
    
 5. ruby-flot-rails -- jQuery Flot for Rails Asset pipeline
    Reason: RC broken, not in bullseye, no activity since 2016
    
 6. ruby-gitlab-pg-query -- PostgreSQL query parsing and normalization 
    library 
    Reason: RC, unused, should be dropped according to #981878
    
 7. ruby-haml-contrib -- Elegant, structured XHTML/XML templating 
    engine - addons
    Reason: RC, seriously broken, not in Bullseye, last activity 2013
    
 8. ruby-heroku-deflater -- Enable gzip compression on heroku, but 
    don't compress images
    Reason: RC, not necessary for Rails 6, no patch by 
    upstream
    
 9. ruby-safe-yaml -- safer YAML loader for Ruby 
    Reason: RC, dead upstream, only one reverse dependency 
    (test-kitchen) which will also be removed.
    
10. ruby-sprite-factory -- automatic css sprite generator
    Reason: RC, no upstream for >10 years, no rev-deps
    
11. ruby-test-spec -- Ruby library providing behaviour driven 
    development interface for Test::Unit.
    Reason: RC, no rev-deps, dead upstream since 2009

12. test-kitchen -- integration tool for Chef 
    Reason: Was not in Bullseye.
    
13. ruby-kitchen-docker -- Docker Driver for Test Kitchen
    (see kitchen)
    
14. ruby-kitchen-salt -- salt provisioner for test-kitchen
    (see kitchen)

15. ruby-omniauth-jwt -- JSON Web Token (JWT) is a simple way to send 
    verified information
    Reason: Only gitlab related - can be removed. Not present in 
    latest upstream gitlab release file.

16. ruby-terrapin -- run shell commands safely, even with 
    user-supplied values
    Reason: RC, builddep ruby-bourne, which is not active since 2018


## Berkshelf related packages (upstream archived since 2016 or 2017)

17. ruby-buff-config -- Ruby library providing a simple configuration 
    class
    
18. ruby-buff-extensions -- Ruby library that provides extra features 
    to core Ruby classes.
      
19. ruby-buff-ruby-engine -- Ruby library that allows one to query the 
    platform running Ruby
 
20. ruby-buff-shell-out -- Ruby library fo issuing shell commands and 
    collecting the output

21. ruby-buff-ignore -- Ruby helper library for parsing and managing 
    an ignore file
