Can I update ruby-test-unit to 3.2.9?

Hi,

I am working to update rabbit [1] to 3.0.0 [2].

But rabbit 3.0.0 failed to built with ruby-test-unit 3.2.8.
It requires ruby-test-unit 3.2.9 [3].

ruby-test-unit's upstream already has released version 3.3.3 [4],
but I want to update to 3.2.9 with patch level version up at first.

Can I update ruby-test-unit from 3.2.8 to 3.2.9 ?
