The repository has all the branches you need. How did you clone it? The
simplest way is probably to use gbp-clone --pristine-tar.
Updating rspec is always a bit tedious, because of the entangled
dependencies between all ruby-rspec-* packages (see bug#677955)

I was thinking about making a unique source package with the three
ruby-rspec-{core,expectations,mocks} gems, with several tarballs, but:
- git-buildpackage does not seem to work with several source tarballs,
and the workflow would be different,
- I am not sure how to treat then partial updates (bugfixes for one of
  the gems)

Before I find a better solution, I am slowly trying to update rspec, and
possibly consider an upload to experimental.

In the mean time, if you really need ruby-rspec-rails, why don't you
package ruby-rspec-rails 2.10.1? It would be at least sufficient for
cucumber-rails.

Best wishes,

Cédric
