please list the .dsc URL in future RFS calls.

some remarks:

- the target distribution is set to UNRELEASED; please set it to unstable

- the long description (copy/pasted from upstram) needs some editing:

 It adds support for send invitations by email 
  (it requires to be authenticated) and accept the invitation by setting a
    password.

could be rewritten as follows:

 It allows authenticated users to invite other people via email. Recipients of
 an email invitation can sign up after choosing a password.

- edit debian/ruby-devise-invitable.docs to list docs to be installed
