Hi, libpdf-writer-ruby/ruby-pdf-writer have 3 RC bugs, very low popcon and no reverse dependencies. The code is not compatible with Ruby 1.9, and the upstream homepage says it is deprecated and unmaintained: http://ruby-pdf.rubyforge.org/pdf-writer/ I'd say let's remove it.
